To book a Touristic Visit, please follow these steps:

2. An email will be sent by the Tour Operator  affirming receipt of the email together with a Request for Payment (billing) to your PayPal Account. Alternately forward payments to the following bank and local payment accounts:

3. Pay through their PayPal Account. Once the transfer has been validated, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent.

4. Name of Confirmed participants for tours will be in our database.

5. Be at the designated pick up point at the day and time of the tour departure. Present Identification to our Tour Coordinator to board.

To register for the Touristic Visits, please ensure that you complete your registration by September 2nd. This deadline allows us to finalise all arrangements and provide you with the best experience during the tour.

The pickup area is at the parking area in front of the Athletes’ Village in New Clark City. It is also possible to arrange pickup at the SM Clark Flagpole area or at designated off-site accommodations listed on the conference website: https://www.isocarpevents.org/index.php/travel-and-accommodation/
